Summer Creek is home to 171 families and is conveniently located off of NW 39th Avenue, in Gainesville, Florida. 

 

The neighborhood is completely developed with no vacant lots.

 

The Summer Creek Home Owner's Association maintains the master drainage and conservation areas, but all streets and right of ways are public and are maintained by Alachua County.
