Annual Dues
Annual dues are assessed and due in January each calendar year. For 2025 the annual dues will increase to $88.20.
Finance charges will be added to any account not paid in full by January 31st.
Payments can be made by any of the following methods:
1) By Mail
Make check payable to "Summer Creek II HOA, Inc.", write your account number in the Memo line and mail to:

2) By Phone
Call 386-462-9004 and provide your name, account number or unit address. Payments may be made by bank account ($2.95 fee), debit card ($6.95 fee) or credit card (3.5% fee).
3) Via Online Banking
If your bank provides online banking, send payment to Summer Creek, PO Box 310, Alachua, FL 32616, 386-462-9004. Please enter your account number in the space provided.
4) Online
Click the "Pay Now" text below. Use the "Create your account" button and enter your account number to get started. Payments may be made by bank account ($2.95 fee), debit card ($6.95 fee) or credit card (3.5% fee).
